Cannot Find my Transaction Number Due To Wrong Email on Purchase

Hi There,

 

I tried replying to an existing thread but got no replies, I am trying to find my transaction number so that I can transfer my old phone number from a different provider across but because I put in the wrong email when requesting my plan I am unable to source it.

 

I have also looked at the App but the iPhone version requires the transaction number to transfer the mobile number.

 

Can from ID anyone help?
