I have my new phone from ID mobile - have inserted new SIM but cannot get PAC code details to work to transfer my old number. I have tried putting surname all in capitals and double checked the transaction number etc. all details correct but still says can’t process and invalid information. Cannot get through for the last 24 hours to anyone in live chat. Can someone please help me to resolve this very annoying issue?
The iD live chat customer support team seems overwhelmed at the moment - it appears iD Mobile have got problems processing PAC submissions, and new iD account registration requests.
Have you tried contacting the iD social media customer support team, using Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (by DM)? They should be able to manually process your PAC
The team work until 8pm weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

Hi, I had the same issue, but after a while I found that it was failing because I hadn't completed all the fields in my account profile. Once I'd filled in the blanks it worked.
