As per title. I have been on numerous chats to ID and Apple, the issue appears to be with the SIM, I have replaced the replacement - same lack of service.
Any ideas, tried a number of resets etc

Did you receive a new SIM card for the upgrade?
If so have you tried using the old SIM card, are you able to make calls and messages but not receive them?

Yep, new Sim. Can make calls now (after replacing the sim again - bought another one in case defective) Just cannot receive calls.
Assumed old card would not work once new one activated (same number)?
Have been on many chats with ID and Apple - no one seems to be able to sort. Have tried a number of resets checks and am currently waiting for a call from support (since Saturday)
Starting to get me down!!
