Cannot set up account & PAC is not valid

I received a new sim recently but i cannot set up my ID account due to being a customer previously in the past and the PAC does not seem to be working.

 

I cannot seem to speak to a human and am going round in circles.

 

Can I just get a refund as this is extremely annoying.

With a new iD Mobile plan, you’d need to register a new iD Mobile app/website account for it using a unique email address.

Okay @rhyspegram, in this situation you could need to setup a new iD online account for your new connection to the iD network. 

This new account will require a different username (email address), from your previous iD online account.

 

Im currently on Vodafone moving over to ID but have had an ID account before Vodafone

FYI, you can’t use a PAC to switch a number from one iD network connection (iD account), over to another iD network connection.
