I completed the online form to switch my phone number but was advised it didn’t recognise the details. Please advise.
You can also submit your PAC manually using the iD live chat service, or by contacting iD privately on Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (DM).
The customer support team work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Unfortunately, once your PAC has been issued you can only use it once
If you’ve already submitted the PAC from your old provider, I’m guessing the date will have been scheduled and is fixed. UK mobile networks don’t seem to have a mechanism for changing the number transfer date.
