Cant find transaction number to transfer my old phone number

Hi to all

 

Can somebody please help. I joined Id mobile in December and I now want to bring my old phone number with me, the problem I have is. After 6 months I delete all my emails, so I can't find my original welcome email with my transaction number. It is not on any of my phone bills either.
