I am unable to register on the app, have been trying for two days now i know all details are correct.
Frustrated and fed up on the verge of canceling . Also ordered two SIM cards only one arrived..

The iD Mobile staff usually manage to read user posts in this community once-a-day - though it can be less frequent.
Community members can’t see your iD account, so I’d suggest getting assistance with this from iD customer service using iD live chat, Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM (direct message).Â
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends). Â
