change over from another network

I submitted my PAC last week. Transfer from O2 to ID. 

That went through OK.

But from today I'm no longer registered on a network? 

Can't make or receive calls or texts?

Your old O2 SIM should be the one that no longer registers on the O2 network because O2 closes your account once the O2 number is ported over to iD Mobile, not your iD mobile SIM. It’s possible that your iD Mobile SIM has developed a fault, but that is too coincidental for me. Fingers crossed removing the SIM and reinserting it fixes the issue… 🤞

It may have been after 5.30. 

I have switched the phone on and off, but ill try taking the sim out.

Ok… If it was submitted before 5:30pm then your number should have been ported over yesterday. However, if it was after 5:30pm then the number port should have completed today.

Realistically, the number port should have been completed by now either way, but iD mobile mentions on their website that it can take up to 12am to complete.

Have you tried turning off the phone, removing the SIM card and giving it a wipe with a dry cloth and then inserting it back into the phone and turning it back on?

It was last Thursday- the 6th April

OK, what date did you submit your port request?

I'm not too sure. I didn't get any emails to say when it would be?
