I can't receive my push notifications from a southern Irish bank to enable me to access online banking. Huge problems as can't access money. Changed from Samsung to new contract with ID mobile on a Google pixel. It's causing issues with bank notifications

Hey @Aisling Walls,

Is it just the Bank you’re having issues with or other companies also?

Have you spoken to your Bank and made sure the correct OTP number is setup? Sometimes this needs to be redone for it to update.
