I have been with id mobile for 8 months and I have only ever got 1 bar strength on my s22 from the start of contract. My kids and partner always money about the strength and its rubbish for my job. I wish I never joined Id mobile. Wish I could leave.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had signal issues since starting with us, all contracts have the option to return within the first part of the contract should the signal not be suitable for you, was this option explored at the start of the contract?
