constantly days i am on another line

I am new to ID mobile.  I have transfered my number from vodaphone.

 

When I call out it works fine but if anyone tries to call me it constantly says "on another line ".  I am not.

 

How do I fix this?  I don't want to have to change to another network but will have to if this isn't fixable.

Hi @Missn 

 

What device are you using?

 

Ports take between 8am and 10pm so everything should be provisioned correct on the SIM card by 10pm on the selected date.

 

Have you tried your iD Mobile SIM card in another device? Are all callers getting the error or just some?
