Apparently, the network issues are still affecting 3G voice calls, but less than 1% of customers are experiencing this issue.
The website appears to be working okay today.

Yeah, unfortunately the iD support is a bit like entering the lottery.
In my experience, iD staff on the social media channels seem to be best option for customer service.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline
For help & support, you’ll need to use of the iD Mobile online support channels, which are:
- Online Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via popup window in a browser).
- Private message using Facebook Messenger.
- X (formerly Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
