Customer Service unable to provide usage history or IMEI blockage

I had my phone stolen recently and I contacted ID mobile in order to get;

  1. Usage history for the past 30 days with IMEI information
  2. IMEI blacklist on my stolen phone ()

However the customer service have provided invoices which do not contain the IMEI information and state they cannot block the IMEI. I have been using the ID Mobile network and provided dates when I used my stolen phone, however I bought the phone outright from Apple and have been using an ID Mobile SIM. Can ID Mobile help get this information?
