Hi, if I get a new contract phone with a unlimited data (5g) plan can I still use 4g data unlimited at no extra charge on that plan when 5g isn't available? Many thanks.

Yes, you’ll be able to use 3G, 4G or 5G mobile data with your iD plan @Devo Shire.

The data service used will depend on the mobile network data service available, at the time you’re using mobile data.

My Data is not working in Europe ,

everything is activated and turned on , 


have tried the sim in 2 phones , nothing. Works fine in uk ,

i have unlimited everything, 

this is now coming up 2 months , if I don’t get this sorted soo. I shall cancel this , am fuming as I drive a truck aboard

What device(s) have you tried with the iD Mobile SIM?

 

Have you tried manual network connection while roaming instead of automatic network connection?
