Hello, i placed a handset upgrade order. Was this successful? Additionally, did j accidentally do it twice?

Hello there your order has been susuccessful, the first part gives you the order number and  your contact detail's, and the lower part the summary outlines what your monthly payment shall be.

So no its not two order's so not to worry. 😉

I'd advice you if you're going to keep an existing number and port it onto IDMobile I would not do so right away. Just use the device and the new ID Mobile number for a week or two, and if you're happy then submit your PAC for porting and a date for the job to be done by editing the calendar field in the Port request. If you have a PAC code they expire 30 day's from the time of receiving it.
