Didn't receive a sim with my phone

Hi there,

 

I have seen a previous thread with the same discussion (from about a year ago) where someone else hasn’t received the sim with their phone.

 

I am in the same position where I have received a new phone without a sim. I have the packaging and have looked for a small envelope but, I can’t locate it.

 

As I don’t have this I am unable to Register my Account so unable to look for a resolution via the forums.

You have two options then…

Speak to a live agent here. Explain the situation, and they will send you a SIM. Be warned - It will likely be the end of the week before you get the replacement sim though.

Call into a local Curry's and they will give you one there and then. They will want a fiver for the privalige though! 👀
