ear speaker isn't working on Samsung

Hi, I've had my Samsung about 2 months now, but recently when I call someone or they call me I need to put my loud speaker on as the ear speaker isn't working! HELP!!

It’s 2 months old, so I suggest exercising the handset’s guarantee through Samsung (online at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/).

Okay @Theresa, you’ll probably need the IMEI number or serial number of your Galaxy phone.

The telephone number for Samsung product support number is 0333 000 0333.
The support line is open Mon-Sun between 8am - 10pm.

You don’t need insurance to take advantage of the Samsung guarantee / warranty, which was included with your Samsung mobile handset - good luck @Theresa.

As long as the handset isn’t physically damaged, it will be covered under the warranty (24-month period) that Samsung provide.

you can pop in Currys or speak to Samsung for this.
