Email received regarding upgrade sim?

I have just received an email from yourselves saying you are sending me an upgraded sim?? Do not send this to me as already explained I do not want this I no longer have the phone you sent me as finally received the returns label on Sunday and sent it back to you via DPD. I am not going through the same hassle to return the sim too!!! You sent me a used phone which I do not want!! This upgrade needs to be cancelled.

Hello @Debbie80,

If it’s an upgrade SIM, then it won’t be activated and you can ignore it.

If it’s a new SIM, then it’ll be activated so you’ll need to cancel the SIM with iD.

Assuming it’s a new SIM and you want to cancel quickly, use the iD Live Chat service at:

To avoid the chat bot, ask to “speak to an agent”; there are agents 9am to 8pm, Mon - Fri.
