Emergency calls only

Hi there!

I received email from you guys: the SIM should be activeted shortly, but this can take up to 1 hour.. From 14:35 and now is 16:00..and still emergency calls only?? When it's gonna be activeted??

Okay @Suheejla Çilafi Beqiri, do you have signal reception for Three UK mobile network (the iD network partner) at your location?

Might be worth turning on wifi calling if your phone supports it so you can send/receive calls and texts over wifi

Please ensure the correct SIM card is inside the device and the device has been rebooted.
