Ending contract

I took out a phone/data contract with ID on 30 December. Had I known it was impossible to speak to someone regarding issues moving my existing number over to them I wouldn’t have taken out the contract.

The number should have been moved on 4 January. And to add insult to injury even the live chat link doesn't work.

Working for me... Drop iD mobile a DM via one of their social media accounts otherwise you risk waiting days for an official response here.

I contacted them on Facebook and got a quick response. Hopefully they're sorting out the problem.
