How do you escape?

I’ve tried the ‘Follow the links’ which stop when you ask for your ‘Pack’.

I’ve tried changing to sim only, to be told by Curry’s they don’t know but try changing to sim only.

This has left me paying for original phone contracts plus two extra sims which they have been charging me for the last 18 months. (still can’t be directed to close a contract I haven’t activated either of the latter sims but they are still taking money from my account?

The chat-box is a computer set to ask you what is wrong and continually tells you you are asking more than 1 short question and cannot compute!

I know I’m wasting my time with this but somewhere I’ll find a loophole in this non-sensical system and possibly a cleaner could get in touch?
