Hello, i’ve ordered a phone couple of days ago my daughter made a passcode for the iphone and forgot it, is there any chance for you to take the phone back and reset it or do it virtually? Because we cannot get in it, i tried itunes with a laptop but i need to be in the phone in order to connect it to my laptop.

Have you spoken to Apple UK about this,
The iPhone has an Apple warranty along with support, so they should be able to assist.
Perhaps visit an Apple store, or contact Apple UK on 0800 107 6285.
