Hey, does anyone have a contact number for the Fraud team. Over 2 years ago I had a mobile phone taken out fraudulently in my name. After 2 years of being fobbed off by people, and told they had referred it, I have still had no word.
I am now trying to buy a house and it is affecting my credit record.
