I need to get my iphone unlocked and dont know how to make contact to get this sorted cant find a number or live chat link,can anyone help .Many thanks Matt

If the iPhone is locked to iD Mobile, might be faster to get it unlocked by chatting to iD Mobile’s social media team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).
They should be able to assist - good luck.

Many thanks I contacted them via FB and there response was generic .Try another SIM well I would have already done that if I had another SIM.
Then they said it should be unlocked .Asked them could they confirm 100% as they supplied the phone and it is on ther network and they fell silent .Not great

If you look under Settings > General > About and scroll down, there is a “Network Provider Lock” field.
What does it say here on your iPhone?

Says no SIM restrictions so I am going to assume unlocked .

I know my iPhone is unlocked.
It’s running iOS 15.7, and also says “No SIM restrictions”.

Hey
iPhones sold on our network are unlocked to any UK network already.
As long as it’s a UK network SIM, it should work.
This is as of November 2017 iPhones onwards so any recent purchase should fall under this.
