I appear to have lost my signal for the last few days. 
Have tried resetting my phone but it did not do anything.

please advise why

Checked network faults and it says they are working on masts nearby.

Glad to hear that Three UK are aware and working on a fix, we’d typically expect Three UK to have any outage fixed within 7 days, please let us know if you have issues for longer than that.
