I haven't got my transaction number that came with my sim (threw it out) how do I proceed to keep my number? I have the pac code

Hello @emmadavis1709,

You can keep your number without the transaction number.

To do this, when you receive the SIM, pop it into your phone, head to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount and register for an iD Contract.

Then enter the details of the purchase.

After registering, click My Services > Keep your number
