I have put in the PAC code /transaction code and old and new phone numbers. All correct and triple checked and still I get an error message, What do i do now?

The number has now ported over Tom, thanks.
Strange as we kept getting an error message saying the form was incomplete.
There is still an issue, however. Text messages cannot be sent either by data or WiFi.
Any ideas?
Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset
The procedure should be covered in the user guide for your handset.

Have you submitted your PAC code to us already at purchase/checkout?
If so, the port will already be submitted therefore no need to submit the port form.
If you haven’t, please let us know.
