HELP! no servce after upgrade


No service at all after upgrade handset. 
done all the recommended troubleshooting- nothing. No customer help at all. What next? Thanks for any help

Try getting in-touch by using Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM) @PatsZ.

The customer service agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Have you received a new iD Mobile SIM card?

 

We don’t typically send out or activate your services to a new SIM card with an upgrade but it’s not impossible.

 

If not you may need a replacement SIM card, please let us know how you get on and if you need any further assistance here.
