I need to cancel the SIM I have with immediate effect and order a new one. How do I do this?

You can check the cancellation options HERE.

If you wish to place a new order you can do so via the website or through the app.

If you simply wish to change the number, this can be done on your current account but there is a £25 charge or it’s free if you have a crime reference number.
