i am absolutely annoyed!


I have paid my bill but my allowances are not restored. My account is still suspended I’m actually getting tired of this.

It usually takes 1-2 hours for iD to process your payment and update their systems, to make your account active again.

Are using a pay-as-you-go SIM?
You could setup a recurring payment method in your iD My Account (app) to keep your plan allowances topped-up automatically to avoid being cut-off.

Anyway good luck.

My issue was resolved.

 

I had to contact customer support as my account was still barred after paying. The automation of unbarring my account had failed.

 

if you have this issue I recommend going straight to customer support on their opening times.
