I bought the infinite calls texts and data bundle a while ago and I'm under contract so I can't cancel it. After I switched phones and set the sim card up it stopped working. Tried to contact id mobile to help sort it out and it cost money to even call customer support. I can only make calls and texts when I have wifi. I'm still paying for the bundle cause I can't bloody cancel it and I can't even use data or call or text anyone when I leave the house. It worked for one day then stopped. How do I fix this or how do I cancel this while being on contract so I can get with a better company

It sounds like the handset or the SIM may be the issue.

Have you tried the SIM in a different handset and it doesn’t work, it may be a SIM issue.
