i cant get my PAC code

Hi , I desperately trying to get my PAC code , I spoke to someone on the online chat & they said they had requested it , that was over a week ago , they said it would take 45 mins for it to come through ! I can’t do it on line or via text as I have no service as I cancelled my contract ! Online just saying the site is not working . I’ve been with out phone service for about a week & am paying for a new contract I can’t use !!!

I suggest you contact iD Mobile’s social media customer support team, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

The agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends), and should be able to assist @Lisa Barrett.
