I haven't received a SIM with my new phone

Hi 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I got a contract with ID and received my new phone next day , brilliant . But I am still waiting for a sim card which I need to download the app .

It has been nearly 2 weeks now of waiting . I am keeping my old mobile number from bt and have given the pac code when I purchased the new contract . 

But without the sim card I can't do anything . Please help

The SIM card should have been delivered along with the phone, we may need to issue a replacement SIM.
