Welcome to the Community!
You can make and calls whilst in Finland and Russia but you will be charged.
You’ll need to ensure that your cap limit has been increased through your account.
All the roaming charges can be found HERE .
Whilst in Finland you will need to connect to DNA, Alands Mobiltelefon Ab or elisa.
When you are in Russia you can connect to Beeline or TMT LLC (via comfone)
