I swapped my old number over and it lets me call out on it but won't let anyone call me.
I need to talk to someone about my account. The chat link doesnt work and I can't log in to the app.

Is your number transfer scheduled for today
If yes, then things may not work properly until the number transfer has been completed, which can sometimes take until 10pm.
You can also talk to iD customer service using Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
