i order a sim a while ago haven't received it i believe I need a replacement sim i

I haven't received my SIM I've tried logging into the my account I've got the right number that I was emailed but maybe cusy last name is weird it says something wasn't right even tho I set it up I just need a replacement SIM so if one of your community people can help I'd be great full thanks

It might be quicker to get your replacement iD SIM card from your nearest Currys store @Ieuan.

What date did you place your SIM only order?

 

As @andewhite suggests, the quickest way to get a replacement SIM card would be to pick one up from a Currys store, it can then be activated at the following link;

I got my SIM from Curry's the person their told me to tell you lot so you can activate it or something
