I have now paid for a whole year & not once used the ID mobile as it has never registered, (BELIEVE ME I TRIED). Trying to call someone is pointless. Talking on the chat system is a joke. I have replaced the sim card as advised, used several different phones sa advised & the only way to get out of paying for no service is to cancel the direct debit payment when the contract ends. I WILL NEVER USE ID MOBILE AGAIN OR RECOMEND ID MOBILE TO ANYIONE.
