i would like to upgrade my contract but need help or i have to cancel it

 I just want to upgrade my phone and sim for next 2 years.

So when I select the the deal  when I go to the payment its saying my name is too long maximum I can have 14 letters on my name asking me to change my name less than 14 letters but ID app doesn't allow me to do that .need somebody to help me out .

Need to fixed this first .if not I have to cancel contract. 

 

I need more details why I should have to pay 113£ to cancel my account because I pay always my bills at time and never been late .

It might be a few days or more before anyone from iD Mobile reads your forum post @Tarindu 87.

You should be able to get online assistance from the iD social media customer support team by using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends) - good luck.

I’d also recommend contacting the iD Mobile sales team on 0207 1391 397, they should be able to process a deal you’ve seen without issues.

 

The final termination fee would be built up of what’s left to pay on the contracted term.
