I am id mobile  customer and when i tried to open id app or id account its said always oops something wrong i dont know how to open my id app   And also  this is so bad thing u have no any phone service where we can talk someone this is so cheap customer service

If you’re wanting a telephone helpline, iD Mobile might not be a good option, @Umair Zahoor.

Perhaps try EE, O2, Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, etcetera, if telephone support is important.

Okay @Umair Zahoor, I’m just a forum member like yourself. 

Unfortunately, iD have upgraded their iD app and “My iD Account” online applications, and the new versions seem to be less reliable for some customers.

This forum article covers recent issues with these new applications.

Hi @Umair Zahoor, if you’re trying to use the old iD app/web service, this won’t work as it’s been switched off to allow further stabilization of the new app.

Have you reregistered for the new iD app/account yet?
