id does not accept my PAC code

I have got a new id SIM card, and I have received a PAC code by SMS from my mobile provider. I have  texted PAC to 65075 and received the same PAC, and tried again and it still will not accept the code.

I’d recommend getting in-touch with iD Mobile’s social media customer support team using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

They’ll be able assist you with using your PAC to port you number to iD - good luck @Heidi Woolley

Many thanks @andewhite. After exchanging facebook messages with several customer service agents during the day, they have now referred my case to their technical team who will hopefully port my number across soon.
