i need to ensure this is cancelled as ID wrongly set up 2 accounts for me and i only need to one.

i also cannot log into the ID mobile app as i have used a PAC code to keep my old number and it doesnt let me log in with this number. how do i log in can you give me the correct details i need to log in.
