ID have sent me 2 sims and 2 accounts. i have cancelled the one direct debit but now i have a final deman letter saying i woe them money. i need to cancel this account but when i call to make a payment i cant get throgh to anyone.

i need to ensure this is cancelled as ID wrongly set up 2 accounts for me and i only need to one. 

 

the account number is [REDACTED] and my name is lori-jo hayward.

 

please ensure this is cancelled i do not need the second account you have set up. 

 

i also cannot log into the ID mobile app as i have used a PAC code to keep my old number and it doesnt let me log in with this number. how do i log in can you give me the correct details i need to log in.

Cancelling the direct debit would not cancel a plan, only the payments to it.
