ID Mobile has stopped sending texts

I have a moto g50

I can receive texts, use data, make and receive calls , but if i try to send a text i get the message ‘not sent, tap to try again’

If i look in advanced settings SMSC is greyed out and not editable but has the following listed :

“+44782000800”,145

I’ve tried turning it off and on again.

Hi @NielJ ,

We are aware of an issue that was stopping messages to be sent earlier today.

This has since been resolved and you should be able to send messages as normal.

If this isn’t resolved for you, please get back to us and we will check it out.
