Hi, I ported my existing mobile number to my new ID mobile account, but the new number ID gave me is still showing on my bills as my number, and it is showing as my mobile number on my phone in settings? I’m also unsure if this is the reason my voicemails no longer show on my phone, along with dates/times and contact details? I have to dial voicemail to listen to my messages?

How did you port your number to us? You should have been given a date as to when we expect the port to be completed, the app may still show the temporary number for 24/48 hours after porting but would automatically update.
Are you on an iPhone or Android device?
To listen to voicemails you’ll be able to dial “123” from your device.
