Recently switched it iD Mobile landed in the US yesterday. My mobile data isn’t working but calls worked.
problem for me was I couldn’t unlock my Zipcar and was stranded in east Boston for over 4 hours trying to deal with customer service who said if I repay and increase my cap I’ll be fine… well… I paid another 180 quid to do so with the commitment from customer service that it would work and it did not.
I ask myself why did I switch from Vodafone to this unhelpful unuseful service….
unless this gets resolved I will be switching for sure
