Just received my idmobile iPhone15 which I have bought for the data roaming. Following the guidance by idmobile to set it up for roaming before I go it says to check APN settings. After much puzzling I find it can’t be done and others have been unable to access data abroad.
if I can’t access data abroad the phone is no use to me, can I ask for my money back?
