I have done all the above steps and tried a different sim in my new phone and that does activate iMessage and FaceTime. Therefore it is id mobile with the issue? What do I do to solve this from id

Sorry could you give us a bit more information here as I didn’t quite get that from your post.

Are you having issues activating iMessage or Facetime?
