Internet in France

I can receive messages and calls but I am not getting any Internet. My roaming is on.

How can I fix this?

Can and how do I contact id?

Hey @Tony Rog,

What phone are you using?

Have you also turned ON Data Roaming in the phone settings?

This is separate to Mobile Data and also needs to be on for it to work.

Thanks. Yes I have turned on Date Roaming in the phone settings as well.

It might just be a very very poor connection,  which is not promising as other networks are fine.

Sometimes iD Mobile’s French roaming partner networks recognise the iD SIM as being a Three UK SIM card, which means the wrong APN is used.

The iD Mobile roaming partners in France are Orange, Free Mobile, and BYTEL (or BOUYGTEL).

You can manually setup mobile data using the following online page: 
https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/get-your-settings

Then scroll down to the “Manual Settings” section.
