Issues transferring number with PAC code

Hi, i’m wondering if someone can help me. I’ve recently joined ID but want to keep my existing number. However, when I enter my details in the PAC form, i’m getting:

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”

I didn’t submit the PAC code at the time of purchase nor have I submitted any of the information incorrectly, so I don’t know what to do next?

The one thing I will say is that I’ve tried this a few times, and each time my ID number gets a text acknowledging the request.

Does this mean it’s gone through okay even though the form is telling me there’s an error?

When you are entering the port information are you entering the transaction number that start with a ‘4’?
