issues with keeping my old number

Hi guys,

my old phone number was suppose to be transferred today, according to the ID email I received when I signed up. this didn’t happen yet. 
I activated my account, downloaded the app and also tried to follow the “switching process through PAC” (which didn’t go through). 

Any idea how long it takes? it says 24h but mine was due today and nothing has happen yet.

Hey Joele,

If it's due to be processed today then please allow up to 10PM as the port should process by then. You may need to restart for it to update.
